Your Task

  • Implementation and Governance of Cost Engineering Processes, Methods and Tools
  • Implement, configure and improve Cost Engineering tools (both low-code and pro-code), and provide related user training.
  • Act as system and tools administrator for Cost Engineering applications, ensuring stability, performance and compliance. 
  • Manage and maintain master data for calculation software, including data analytics activities. 
  • Evaluation and assess potential new Cost Engineering tools.
  • Develop and manage interfaces (e.g., APIs) between Cost Engineering tools and other systems and databases.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives, including tool enhancements, reporting solutions, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

 

Your Profile

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in areas related to Cost Engineering methods, processes, and IT tools.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong IT and software competence, including:
    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with coding languages such as Python, JSON and SQL.
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, SharePoint, SharePoint Lists, Power BI and Power Automate.
    • Basic experience in server management and system administration.
  • High willingness to continuously develop expertise and stay up to date with state-of-the-art tools, practices and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a solution-oriented, accurate and independent working style.
  • Ability to design and deliver trainings, conduct workshops and confidently present to virtual and international audiences.
  • Strong team player with supportive mindset and excellent communication skills in a global environment.
