Your Tasks
- Serve as the Infrastructure team point of contact for cross-functional IT workstreams on application requirements (servers, software releases, agents, and security topics);
- Coordinate and manage shared application services, including job scheduling, platform security services, monitoring, and consulting;
- Initiate and lead projects to enhance existing IDV Identity platform services or introduce new services and related operational processes;
- Manage external application hosting service providers;
- Partner with Vendor Management to drive effective SLA monitoring, budget management, and continuous improvement for external hosting providers;
- Troubleshoot issues raised by IT application teams and engage the appropriate IT WIO teams (e.g., D&S, Central Services, Network) as needed;
- Manage application registrations and certificate lifecycle activities;
- Implement, govern, coordinate, consult on, and operate middleware platforms for MES and other corporate systems;
- Provide expertise in MII/MES infrastructure, Sharepoint landscapes, and cloud-based job monitoring platforms;
- Consult and support customers and end users based on their business use cases;
- Continuously enhance Production Service Areas to enable new application technologies and Industry 4.0 processes; collaborate within the “Production Service Areas” expert team with IT Production, IT Quality, and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- +4 years of relevant professional experience;
- Proficiency in English;
- Solid base on IT Infrastructure, including Networking and Servers management;
- IT management professional with a strong service orientation;
- Proven leadership experience in complex, cross-functional environments;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and organizational awareness;
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and analytical research skills;
- Experience with manufacturing processes and interfaces to enterprise systems.
