Responsibilities:

•           Responsible to coordinate and plan new proceses, assuring tehnical support for launch of the project in serial production.

•           Creates and updates the equipment specifications / Responsible for the installation of new equipment together with the suppliers and the maintenance department / Carries out the capability studies (process, measuring devices, equipment equipment) and process validation / Performing production tests to define and document process parameters / Collects, tracks and analyzes machine related information in order to maintain a stable process and process improvement

•           Participate in project meetings, drawing analysis, feasibility studies, DFM, coordination and planning of new products / processes, PFMEA.

•           Responsible for continuous process improvement, leading to the identification and implementation of technical solutions to target lower production times and increased quality.

•           Responsible for participating in internal/customer audits for the process side.

 

 

Your Profile

•           Technical University Degree

•           5+ years of experience in Process Engineering in automotive industry

•           Proficient in English

•           Knowledge of MS Office, MS Projects, PFMEA, SPC
