Responsibilities:

•           Draw up standard and special instructions related to product control;

•           Prepares sorting instructions for internal problems, complaints or other situations that affect the safety or quality of the product;

•           Track corrective actions, status and implementation;

•           Participates in customer audits, IATF, VDA;

•           Participates in the analysis, development and improvement of the process. Propose process improvements;

•           Participates and lead the PSP (Problem Solving Process) and ensures that the defined process for resolving complaints/non-conformities is followed;

•           Monitors the efficiency of the actions implemented in order to reduce the risk of occurrence / reappearance of non-conformities;

•           Tracks SPC, process parameters, related to process performance;

•           Monitors the non-conformities found at the checkpoints and analyzes / defines actions together with the process team;

•           Support for CQE / APQP for the planning and production of PPAP parts, ensuring  the MSA process;

•           Coordinates the MSA process and the Reverse FMEA procedure in the Cover Lamination process.

•           Knowledge of Core Tools, Reverse FMEA

Your Profile

•           Technical University Degree;

•           5 years of experience in Quality Engineering in automotive field;

•           Previous background using Quality tools and problem solving methods;

•           Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;

•           Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
