Your tasks

  • Prepare and monitor supplier complaints in accordance with ZF and customer requirements;
  • Verify the status of non-conforming products and monitor their return to suppliers;
  • Prepare and track the annual supplier requalification plan;
  • Validate together with SDE PCM and monitor the SLP status of products;
  • Develop the supplier audit plan, conduct supplier audits, and monitor the implementation of agreed action plans;
  • Prepare and monitor supplier escalation plans;
  • Create and update inspection instructions for incoming product inspection;
  • Initiate claims, manage invoicing, and monitor cost recovery related to supplier non-quality;
  • Request updates for incoming inspection in case of identified discrepancies or customer non-conformities;
  • Support customer audits related to incoming inspection and monitor action plans.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 
  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar role; 
  • Proficiency in english; 
  • Knowledge of statistics and quality tools application;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
