In HR Administration team, we are carrying out a key project: the transition from manual processes to a digital model integrated into SAP through the implementation of our HR Portal.

We are looking for an intern who wants to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.

HR Student

 

Your Tasks

  • Support in daily personnel administration tasks related to absences, time recording, permits, remote-work, and holidays.
  • Collaborate in the review and analysis of time-related data.
  • Assist in preparing the migration of processes to HR Portal in SAP.
  • Document processes, workflows, and project requirements.
  • Participate in system testing, validations, and functional reviews.
  • Support HR Administration team in process improvement and automation.
  • Provide basic assistance and support to employees during the change process.

 

Your Profile

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
  • Interest in HR digitalization and information systems.
  • Good skills in Excel.
  • English language skills. Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity, eagerness to learn, teamplayer.

 

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM or time management tools.
  • Interest in digital transformation or process automation projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
