Your Tasks
- To assist senior level engineers in the product design, development and validation testing of seat belt products.
- Assist in the release of all technical documentation including drawings, specifications, Design Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (DFMEA) and Design Validation Plan and Reporting (DVP&R).
- Analyze test samples, write test reports and present results
- Assist in the root cause problem solving activities and to provide technical expertise and trouble shooting to manufacturing locations in support of programs.
- Manage prototype builds and samples in support of development testing and customer deliverables.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing Engineering degree with GPA minimum of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience taking an active role in group activities
- Understand engineering fundamentals and methods
- Hands-on approach
- Comfortable with hand/power tools
- Self-motivated and engaged in every activity
- Valid Driver’s License
