Your tasks：

  • Drive GDPEP effectiveness and efficiency of the process (participation of gate reviews, GDPEP meetings, pre-launch builds, etc.)  
  • Drive successful safe launch 
  • Lead new projects and engineering changes implementation at production shopfloor 
  • Interface between the customer and the corporate R&D team to meet organization and customer requirements
  • Responsible of successful completion of PPAP process to obtain customer approval

 

Your profile：

  • Deep understanding of Operations and Quality
  • Deep understanding of APQP and PPAP according organization and customer requirements
  • Robust global network with Divisional, Regional and Functional Heads
  • Proven experience to successfully manage cross functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams)
  • Experience background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
