- Establish Wuhan plant PSS Quality APQP business procedure and process.
- Collect related documents and Update Clarity system. Confirm and follow the progress.
- Collect related project evidence and result, attend the gate review meeting, and give
- Some questions if need on behalf of Wuhan plant Quality.
- For customer PPAP preparation, based on plant rule, assign the task to related department members and follow up the progress. Submit the PPAP document package to customer and upload to customer web site.
- Review and confirm the PPAP documents and report to quality supervisor or manager.
- Drive internal APQP audit and push the audit findings solving.
- Summarize the APQP business and report to quality supervisor or manager by weekly.
- Communicate with AP APQP contact person and get agreement with them.
- Training other colleagues about APQP knowledge and customer special requirements.
- Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.
- Familiar with E-APQP system and work with ZF-Lifetec Wuhan LPM team to drive related department members to follow up the progress and upload relative documents into system on time.
- Attend ZF-Lifetec Wuhan LPM daily meeting and quality monthly meeting to report new project APQP condition and open issues.
