Your Tasks:
- Receive invoices from local entities/suppliers and booked into AR modules timely.
- Process daily accounts payable activities for overseas and domestic entities, e.g. invoice verification, payment proposal, payment clearing, vendor query, 3rd/Interco vendor statement reconciliation, etc.
- Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation related to AR, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Assist manager or team leader to resolve unforeseen issues in AR process.
- Meet the commitment of Service Level Agreement.
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives, and support the simplification and standardization of AR processes across various entities.
- Perform financial activities to help other SSC team members to meet process performance and objectives.
- Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures.

Your Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting processes, preferably in a shared service environment
- College or above，major in accounting or finance
- Good at MS Office , good Excel skills , Knowledge and experience of SAP and/or Navision
- Good command of English
- Familiar with relevant financial laws and regulations, IFRS and group accounting guidelines.
- Flexibility, good communication and customer service skills
- Strong learning ability
