- Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Production Validation (PV) and process launch teams.
- Assess effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems including training for ongoing improvements.
- Implement and maintain quality systems.
- Work closely with customer representatives and ensure that major customer complaints are resolved.
- Customer touch points collection, pass on to process engineers to have control for it, lesson learned collection.
- Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers.
- Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.
- Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas.
- Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision-making skills.
- Conduct process audit & D audit.
- Conduct G54 audit to ensure the new product launch successfully.
- Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.
