Your Task:

  • ITSM (IT Service Management).
  • Work in partnership with Production leaders, IT Infrastructure and other IT areas to provision and run operational IT services for Production systems and platforms within the region in Asia Pacific (APA). This includes Shopfloor Monitoring & Management, MES Traceability systems and SCADA Controls systems.
  • This position is focused on MES around the installation of systems on Windows platforms, configuration of interfaces with ERP/PLC/OPC, TCP/IP, working with databases.
  • Overall responsibility for successful daily support of Production IT services in area of responsibility.
  • Support IT projects according with the business and customers’ requirements, following the IT standards and process defined.
  • MES & SCADA systems new version deployments including Oracle & Microsoft SQL scripts, Windows server (IIS, windows Desktop application) and IT infrastructure.

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineer or Process Automation.
  • Knowledge of MES, SCADA, and IT Manufacturing systems.
  • Strong IT technical troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of Database (Oracle, MSSQL) and Server Technologies
  • Understanding of internet and network technologies
  • Operational excellence, critical thinking, communication, and research skills.
  • In depth business understanding - IT operations in a factory environment.
  • Can communicate in English both in writing and orally.
  • Flexible/Availability: online meetings with different time zones.
