  • Coordinate all packaging changes affecting in plant;
  • Lead meetings on packaging changes of finished goods;
  • Work with Suppliers / Commodity on raw material design/packaging changes;
  • Design packaging of plant inside logistics, to full match inside logistics requirement;
  • Write RFA for packaging materials if needed;
  • Work with Materials Planners / Schedulers for scheduling / order quantity changes;
  • Request freight cost from corporate Transportation;
  • Perform annual opportunity audits;
  • Develop / Plant annual plan (share w/corporate packaging) ;
  • Leading CIS project related finishing goods & raw material and give regular report dollar savings ;
  • Attend / participate in all packaging conferences;
  • Support tracking for Packaging standards (per ISO 9000);
  • Design new Packaging to meet ergonomics requirements;
  • Identify annual packaging budget and put into Plant OP target ;
  • Work with quality engineer to continue improve the supplier quality performance;
  • Implement quality management system including TS14969,OHS18001 etc;
  • Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.
