Your Task：

  • KPI:Develops PSS manufacturing objectives consistent with existing sales, projected sales forecasts and inventory requirements and achieve the targets including: HSE, Headcount, OEE, Scrap rate & amount, PPMH (Pieces per man hour), PPM, LPA, TPM, 5S, CIS.
  • Communication / Meeting / Reports:Participate production/operation meetings, reviews data & reports on manufacturing activities, performance and results and drive execution of improving action plan to achieve above targets 
  • Project Management:Participate projects including new line set up, new product launch, CIS project and others to assist Operations Manager plan, implement, and drive for PSS operation excellence on quality, costs, efficiency etc.
  • People Management:Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the PSS production staff including Direct, Indirect and Salaried, select, manages and trains production staff, conduct proper communication with Direct, Indirect and Salaried, develop/propose motivation scheme to improve Direct labor efficiency
  • Others:
    Per ZF-Lifetec requirements, to complete tasked assigned by high level.
    Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.
    Responsible for underlings’ safety and ensure HSE rules be followed.
    Ensure BBS and related HSE programs be implemented in department.
    Support HSE to achieve company HSE KPIs.

Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years of related experience with minimum 1 year as a senior manager in the field of production management in manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree of mechanical/machinery/engineering/operation management, or higher in related fields. 
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating, mentoring employees and meeting business objectives.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills i.e., 8D, 5-why etc.
  • Strong manufacturing and business knowledge, systematic and continuously consistent at actions, good at thinking and analysis to solve problem or provide valuable suggestions.
  • Capable of being certified on lean manufacturing principles.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, good English (Oral & written) for presentation and writing.
  • Strong leadership, energetic, effective decision making and excellent interpersonal skill.
