Your Task:

  • Create basic design in line with internal and external requirements, specifications, guidelines and cost targets
  • Develop new product per internal / external request
  • Documentation of the design and all other relevant processes according to Engineering procedures / guidelines
  • Develop component / sub-assy. with supplier and support Application Engineering for components / sub-assy relevant subjects
  • Raise and follow ERDs for 3D/2D data correction
  • Support plant production till gate A8 close
  • Production support in case components / sub-assy related subjects
  • Work out DVPR for component level and product level for local parts
  • Release / Deviations on component and sub-assy level
  • Coordinate the validation of components     

Your Profile:

  • Good English communication skills
  • CAD knowledge (depending on OEM preference )
  • Tooling knowledge (injection molding, stamping, die casting, cold forming, etc. preferred)
  • Manufacturing knowledge (machining, product line, preferred)
  • Material knowledge (plastic, steel, alloy, preferred)
  • Sense on cost analyze (preferred)
