Your Task:
•    Create basic design in line with internal and external requirements, specifications, guidelines and cost targets. 
•    Develop new product per internal / external request 
•    Documentation of the design and all other relevant processes according to Engineering procedures / guidelines. 
•    Develop component / sub-assy. with supplier and support Application Engineering for components / sub-assy relevant subjects 
•    Raise and follow ERDs for 3D/2D data correction 
•    Support plant production till gate A8 close 
•    Production support in case components / sub-assy related subjects 
•    Work out DVPR for component level and product level for local parts 
•    Release / Deviations on component and sub-assy level 
•    Coordinate the validation of components 
•    Support problem solving in component and product test including PV Test 
•    Support on BOM construction 
•    Results oriented collaboration with other departments, with customers and suppliers
 

Your Profile:
•    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Automotive 
•    Certified Engineer or chartered Engineer (preferred) 
•    At least 3 years in Mechanical industry R&D, 1 year in Automotive industry R&D 
•    Experience in the automotive industry, with OSS systems and their components (preferred) 
•    Professional experience is advantageous, while experience with customer / supplier communication and multiple cultures is advantageous as well. 
•    Good English communication skills 
•    CAD knowledge (depending on OEM preference) 
•    Tooling knowledge (injection molding, stamping, die casting, cold forming, etc. preferred) 
•    Professional problem-solving skill (preferred) 
•    Communication skills 
•    Able to travel and overtime if necessary 
•    High level of self-organization, timing management 
•    Targeted and result oriented working.
