  • Identify V&V efforts based on customer specifications and product concept .
  • Make sure PSS product accordance to customer specifications, ZF internal spec and legal requirements.
  • Product validation e.g. test fixture design, create and deploy DVP&R, test report etc.
  • Handing over to lab regarding the correct test setup.
  • Release for Application development process, CV, DV, PV release, design review, single part status, product deviated and released, based on DVP&R status and results. create V&V release report, release recommendation of components for installation in customer vehicles.
  • Create test plans for COP and re-qualification
  • Analysis of lessons learned and transfer of the findings into the knowledge data base
  • Realization of the “four eyes principle” within engineering
