1. Introduce manufacturing equipment for responsible production line.
2. Technical/technological optimization of machines and assembly lines.
3. Increase of productivity and effectiveness of the assembly lines.
4. Lead and drive for engineering/process changes.
5. Project management and coordination of manufacturing equipment
6. Schedule and cost monitoring and ensuring compliance with related specification.
7. Give technical support to operator and maintenance team.
8. Support all company departments (quality, maintenance, production) to maintain and improve plant performance level.

工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

1. New line/technology/product/process introduce

- CEA/Specification/PR, PO, SC related/Schedule, and tracking/Engineer change communication

- Pre acceptance and preparation/Customer document/Installation, final acceptance, qualifications

- Flow chart, PFMEA, WI, Mistake Proofing, and calibration sheet

- Master parts, Boundary sample, process gage preparation

- Tools, Fixtures/Spare parts purchase

2. Daily line jobs

-Line continues improvement to reduce the break down, by improve the fixtures, design, process parameter, PLC programs, vision system optimizations.

-Quality improvement on scrap and reworks.

-Prepare spare parts, assesses suppliers, and raises PR. Keep efficient spare part in stock.

3. Training

-Provide training and best practice sharing to operator/maintenance team

4. Perform other job-related as assigned

工作经历

Working experience

3+ years’ experience in mechanical assembly or electronic manufacturing industries.

Equipment manufacturing or Auto industry experience is plus.

Familiar with mechanical assembly line process and equipment.

Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ability for tooling/fixture design /upgrading;

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Major in mechanical and electronic engineering.

专业资格

Qualification

Preferred: IATF 16949 Internal auditor, Six-sigma Green Belt

1. Good knowledge on machine safety and human safety requirements, follow and pursue company EHS rules and regulations.

2. Good problem-solving skills, good use of problem-solving tools (Pareto, Brain Storming, Fishbone Diagram, 5Why, 8D).

3. Have the professional level of knowledge about product and process in responsible areas.

4. Be familiar with process and product audits.

5. Be matured, pro-active and dynamic, with good communication skills.

6. Good independent and self-motivated skills.

7. A team player/leader with good coordination and organization skills.
