Major Responsibilities:

  • Make the verification plan
  • Coordination and monitoring of the verification plan
  • Analysis and presentation of results from crash tests, sled tests and simulations
  • Work with data acquisition system & measuring instruments
  • Monitor prototype module building plan
  • Manage prototype module quaoity
  • Leading and managing the team
  • Report to Global Test engineering lead and Prototype lead and attend global meetings.
  • Control Investment Plan (CapEX)
  • Manage external warehouses
  • Plan asset transfer

Key Competencies: 

・Automotive testing background (Mechanical)

・Experience in test & dummy setup

・Automotive part assembly experience , Safety products (Airbags, seatbelts) is Plus

・Computer skill (Microsoft)

・Communicative English language skill

・Good time management skills

・Committed to delivering projects on time with quality results

・Knowledge in Occupant and Crash Testing

・Knowledge in Occupant Simulation

・Leadership experience

 

Educational and Experience: 

 ・Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Mechanics, Vehicle Technology, or equivalent education

・Fluent English and Japanese
